Vora IQ is an all-in-one business development platform designed to help entrepreneurs and small business owners transform raw ideas into clear, actionable plans. From evaluating the viability of a business concept to generating a tailored step-by-step roadmap, Vora IQ leverages intelligent AI agents to streamline planning, provide real-time insights, and accelerate execution.
PROJECT GOAL:
To design and build a platform that empowers users to strategize, plan, and execute their business ideas with confidence and speed. My objective was to craft an intuitive, conversational AI experience that reduces the friction in early-stage business development by integrating personalized recommendations and up-to-date insights.
MY ROLE:
As the Co-Founder and Product Design Engineer, my role encompasses.
Product Strategy: Defining the vision, roadmap, and core features of Vora IQ.
UX/UI Design: Designing an intuitive interface to make complex business processes approachable for all users.
AI Integration: Collaborating with developers to integrate AI agents for viability scoring, task creation, and execution planning.
User Research: Conducting interviews and usability testing to refine the platform’s features and workflows.
Visual Design: Delivering a polished design system aligned with the brand’s identity.
