What gets me excited is working at the intersection of AI and design, where I get to push the boundaries of what's possible while keeping things surprisingly simple for users. I'm equally comfortable crafting pixel-perfect interfaces in Figma or diving into SwiftUI to ensure the design vision translates perfectly into code.

The secret sauce in my approach? I believe great products are born from really understanding the people who'll use them. By combining deep user research with technical product management, I've learned to balance ambitious innovation with practical user needs. Whether I'm collaborating with AI tools like Cursor or sketching out user flows, I'm always thinking about how to make technology feel more human and accessible.

My real passion lies in the full journey - from those early "what if?" conversations all the way through to launching products that users actually want to use. There's nothing quite like seeing an idea you've nurtured come to life and make a genuine impact.

What is Plan Focus AI?

Plan Focus AI is an all-in-one business development platform designed to help entrepreneurs and small business owners turn ideas into actionable plans. From evaluating the viability of a business idea to creating a step-by-step roadmap, Plan Focus AI leverages AI-driven tools to simplify planning and accelerate execution.

PROJECT GOAL: 

To design and develop a platform that empowers users to strategize, plan, and execute their business ideas efficiently. The goal was to create an intuitive conversational AI experience that addresses the challenges of early-stage business planning and execution while incorporating real-time insights and personalized recommendations.

MY ROLE: 

As the Co-Founder and Product Design Engineer, my role encompasses.

  • Product Strategy: Defining the vision, roadmap, and core features of Plan Focus AI.

  • UX/UI Design: Designing an intuitive interface to make complex business processes approachable for all users.

  • AI Integration: Collaborating with developers to integrate AI agents for viability scoring, task creation, and execution planning.

  • User Research: Conducting interviews and usability testing to refine the platform’s features and workflows.

  • Visual Design: Delivering a polished design system aligned with the brand’s identity.

What is Fanatics Live?

Fanatics Live is a Live-streaming Commerce app for sports card breakers and collectors. 

PROJECT GOAL: 

Rapidly develop a live- streaming, engaging shopping experience specifically for card collectors and breakers to find product-market fit.

MY ROLE: 

As the Sr. Product Designer, my role involved designing, testing, and contributing new ideas for the initial features of our new iOS app. This product was a new entry in a market that is still evolving and undergoing validation for product-market fit.

What is Neighbors?

Neighbors allows you to know what’s happening in your surrounding neighborhood with real-time, hyper-local safety information from your very own neighbors, local news and public safety agencies. 

PROJECT GOAL: 

Design a user-friendly experience that facilitates access to safety information from neighbors, public agencies, and local news sources, while also introducing users to the full range of Ring device offerings.

MY ROLE: 

As the Lead Product Designer / Product Design Manager, my task was to create a complete experience for the Neighbors App, with a focus on UX/UI Design, research, user testing, visual design and helping define feature roadmaps.

What is Surf Air?

Surf Air, is the first private air travel club of its kind offering all-you-can-fly service for one monthly fee. 

PROJECT GOAL: 

Design a Surf Air mobile experience that will enhance the brand's luxurious feel and prestigious business model while also serving as a user friendly utility for customers to book and manage flights.

MY ROLE: 

As the Principal Product Designer, I was responsible for creating the comprehensive experience of the Surf Air mobile app, with a focus on user experience, visual design, and the development of a consistent design system.

Loot Crate, is the original subscription box service featuring collectibles, figures, t-shirts and more from the best in pop culture franchises.  It's like comic-con in a box!

Develop an iOS app that enhances the crate experience in the digital realm, ensures seamless integration with the website and incorporates social features to keep customers engaged within our brand.

MY ROLE: 

As a Lead Product Designer, I was responsible for the comprehensive design and development of the mobile app experience for iOS and Android, as well as creating and implementing the product roadmap while leading an agile team of iOS developers and backend engineers.

What is Voy?

Voy is a universal travel loyalty program built on the blockchain, which means that consumers data and travel identities are protected and only released with their consent. 

PROJECT GOAL: 

Design a one of a kind Loyalty Rewards management system that allows Airlines like Delta, United as well as credit card companies like American Express to manage a white label loyalty rewards system built on blockchain.

MY ROLE: 

Senior Product Designer building the end-to-end iPad and responsive web experience for customer and backend management.  My primary focus was UX, Visual Design.

What IS HELP YOU?

U Help You, is a virtual chat therapy app aimed at making therapy more accessible and affordable for those in need of mental health service.

Design an experience that makes it easy for people to get quick chat therapy while also allowing therapists to find new patients to serve.

The synergy between UI and UX is crucial. Think of them as siblings with different talents working together to build a cohesive product. While UX sets the foundation for the structure and flow of the user experience, UI enhances it with its visual and interactive elements.

Having utilized both UI and UX design in my projects, I've seen firsthand how their combination leads to the creation of products that are not only attractive but also highly functional and user-centered.
